Hi, I’m Rachel
this is my story…
I’ve been a creative and entrepreneur at heart for as long as I can remember. From selling lemonade and Beanie Babies under a plastic patio set to rollerblading like a pro down the block, my childhood was filled with curiosity, expression, and a wild, joyful sense of possibility.
As the oldest of four girls, I learned early to take up less space—both literally and energetically. My parents ran a family restaurant, and I spent many shifts by my mom’s side as she waited tables. Watching their hustle planted the seeds of entrepreneurship in me, but I also began to shrink myself. I felt out of place. Too much. Not enough.
By first grade, after being shut down by a harsh teacher, I started hiding. Struggles with reading, bullying, and a deep need for approval shaped my early years. I learned to survive by staying quiet and small—afraid to speak, afraid to be seen.
In middle school, I fainted twice from anxiety and dropped out of music, finding refuge in art. Creative expression became my sanctuary—first in solitude, then eventually as my path forward. I poured myself into fashion, art education, culinary arts, and holistic health, weaving these passions into the birth of my company: Coastal Craft Kombucha.
What began as five-gallon jars behind my bed became a brand carried by Whole Foods, on tap at Spotify, and served as cocktails at Michelin-starred Restaurant Daniel. I thought I had finally found my way—found the way to share my gifts with the world.
But beneath the surface, I was still chasing validation. I believed I had to do it all alone. After ten years of building the company, navigating failed partnerships, and surviving the impact of COVID-19, the pressure became too much. I wore every hat. I ran on empty. I hit my breaking point.
By December 2022, the burnout was undeniable. I felt trapped—disconnected from my intuition, unsure of who I was anymore.
Then, in January 2023, everything changed.
My first experience with psychedelics, followed closely by breathwork, cracked me open in ways I never expected. What followed was a deep return to myself—the beginning of a journey that has shaped the woman I am today.
It taught me that what may feel like the end is truly just another beginning.
That we are not limited—except by the belief in limits.
That joy, love, clarity, and wholeness already exist within us.
And when we learn to trust, embody, and express that truth… everything changes.
I now walk this path with reverence and gratitude, knowing transformation is possible—and that the unfolding is only just beginning.
My Transformation: from Burnout to Breakthrough
-
After a decade of pouring my energy into creating a product and building a brand that embodied health and creativity, I sacrificed my own well-being in the process. The weight of it became impossible to ignore.
I lost connection to my intuition. My internal compass felt buried beneath exhaustion, emotional suppression, and a lifetime of fear-based beliefs around worth and success.
How could I trust myself to move forward when I was the one who brought myself here?
I was constantly searching outside of myself for answers. I asked others what to do. I clung to logic. But underneath it all, I was overthinking, overwhelmed, and utterly disconnected from joy or presence.
The beliefs running the show?
“I have to work harder to be worthy.”
“If I stop, I’ll fail.”
“If I’m vulnerable, I’ll be abandoned.”And still—one ember kept glowing:
There has to be more than this. -
Survival mode was my normal. But that faint ember led me to ask for help.
I began connecting with conscious community and eventually crossed paths with psychedelics. I had heard whispers of their healing potential—but I had never explored them.
This time, something felt different. The fear of staying stuck outweighed the fear of the unknown.
-
My first psychedelic journey flipped a switch.
For the first time in my life, I felt unconditional love for myself. Peace, clarity, and deep safety washed over me. I remember standing in the doorway after that experience and thinking:
“If I can carry this thread forward, I can create a life that feels like the embodiment of authentic expression—present, joyful, and true.”
-
Psychedelics opened the door.
Breathwork helped me walk through it.It became the anchor. The regulator. The way I learned to hold myself through joy and pain. Breathwork connected me to my body and gave me access to compassion over shame—presence over panic.
It’s now one of my most trusted tools for integration.
-
For the first time, my transformation didn’t happen at the speed of burnout.
It unfolded in stillness.Within six months, I made the most honest decisions of my life.
I closed my business.
I ended a relationship.
I chose what brought me joy—not what looked good on paper.I moved from fear to love. From proving to allowing. From hustle to truth.
-
The next steps became clear, as if my new north star was shining brighter than ever—because, for the first time, I could actually see myself shine.
I moved from proving my worth to embodying it.At the same time, my abuela—the woman who had been a source of unconditional love, a pioneer of health and wellness, and a guiding light in my life—was transitioning.
Because of the inner work I had done, I was able to sit with her in those final moments with deep peace.Psychedelics and breathwork regulated my nervous system, rewired my perception of myself and others, and gave me an entirely new perspective on life.
The power of these shifts was undeniable.
I knew, without a doubt, that my purpose was to pay it forward—to bring these powerful and ancient medicines to others with integrity, love, and reverence.
To me, this work is an act of reciprocity—an offering back to the practices, ancestors, and inner wisdom that helped me return to myself.
The path forward was clear. It was supported. It was full of possibility.

If any part of this story resonates with where you are right now—know this:
You are not stuck.
You don’t need to wait for permission.
You can begin again. There is still an ember glowing beneath the surface.
All it takes is one breath to begin fanning it back into flame.
My Mission
Transformation isn’t linear.
It’s ongoing, layered, sacred, and deeply human.
And while we’re often taught to walk the path alone, I believe we were never meant to.
I do this work because I know what it feels like to lose connection to your creative fire—to appear “high-functioning” on the outside while feeling disconnected and directionless inside. I know what it’s like to chase success, hoping it will bring clarity or fulfillment, only to find myself further from my truth.
What I’ve come to learn is that joy, love, and belonging aren’t found by reaching some destination—they’re remembered from within. This path isn’t about striving. It’s about coming home.
When modalities like microdosing and breathwork are held with reverence, they can be powerful catalysts for transformation. I’ve witnessed what happens when this work is approached without care, integration, or safety—and my mission is to do it differently.
I’m here to create spaces that are rooted in trust, integrity, belonging and empowerment.
Where people feel sovereign in their process, safe in their bodies, and free to reconnect with and share the wisdom they already carry.
Anchored in compassion, acceptance and belonging, and guided by these values…
Authenticity over validation
Safety in feeling and open expression
Vulnerability in community as a path to healing
Worthiness is innate—not the reward
"In each of us, there once was a fire. And for some of us, it seems as if there are only ashes now. But when we dig in the ashes, we find one ember. And if we fan that ember—very gently—it begins to glow again. From that ember, we rebuild the fire. The only thing that's important is that ember." — Ram Dass
My Approach
I believe every person holds the wisdom they seek—my role is to help you remember and embody it.
I’m not here to give you answers. I’m here to hold space, ask the right questions, and reflect back the truth that’s ready to be seen.
My presence is grounded, intuitive, and shaped by a deep commitment to emotional safety. I lead with openness and vulnerability so that you feel safe to do the same. I walk beside you, not in front of you. In this work, we’re in partnership.
My approach weaves together microdosing, breathwork, nervous system awareness, creative expression, and integrative embodiment practices. I bring in structure where needed and fluidity where it's called for—meeting each client where they are, across the mental, emotional, physical, and energetic body.
With this kind of power comes deep responsibility.
I hold integrity as a non-negotiable standard—through physical safety, thorough screening, informed consent, and real integration. I also work alongside a trusted network of practitioners when deeper support is needed outside my scope.
Ultimately, this isn’t about transformation for transformation’s sake.
It’s about becoming more of who you already are—and living your life from that place, every single day.

Credentials and Trainings
Personal Experience & Integration
I believe that to guide others through transformation, we must first and continuously do the work ourselves. My personal journey has included years of deep self-exploration, integration, and intentional work with psychedelics and breathwork.
Psychedelics & Plant Medicines I have personally worked with: Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, San Pedro (Huachuma), MDMA, LSD, Ketamine, Kanna, Kambo, Sananga, Hapé, Cacao.
Ceremonial & Microdosing Experience: I have sat in over a dozen medicine ceremonies and have completed multiple microdosing protocols—both under the guidance of trained facilitators and elders, as well as through my own personal exploration and facilitation. These experiences have deepened my understanding of these medicines and how to engage with them in a sacred and responsible way.
Integration Work: Beyond the ceremonies, I have committed to the ongoing practice of integration—applying these profound insights into daily life through breathwork, journaling, movement, and embodiment practicesrather than relying on the next ceremony for continued support.
This work is not just something I facilitate—it’s something I live.
