for Real-Life Transformation
Microdosing Journeys
Microdosing isn’t about escaping—it’s about returning home to yourself. Whether you’re seeking reconnection, clarity, emotional balance, or creative expansion, these journeys are designed to meet you exactly where you are—with intention, safety, and soul.
Why
Microdosing?
Microdosing is more than a trend or productivity hack. When practiced with intention, safety, skill and support, it becomes a powerful catalyst for rewriting the stories that limit our full capacity, creating longterm lifestyle changes, reconnecting with intuition, and softening the inner noise that keeps us stuck in overthinking and burnout.
What's it all about….A little Science for your Soul
Sub-perceptual doses of psychedelics like psilocybin or LSD interact with the brain’s default mode network (DMN)—the area responsible for self-referential thinking, rumination, and ego patterns.
Microdosing has been shown to promote neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new connections—and increase communication between brain regions that don’t typically "talk" to one another.
This allows for:
Greater emotional flexibility
Shifts in mood and cognition
Increased creativity, insight, and clarity
A deeper connection to self and the present moment
When paired with reflection, breathwork, movement, and integration, microdosing becomes a gateway to lasting transformation and expanded possibilities—not because it changes who you are, but because it helps you remember.
Who This is For
These journeys may feel aligned if…
✓ You know there’s more for you, but self-limiting beliefs are keeping you stuck
✓ Your mind is always ‘on’—overthinking, planning, analyzing
✓ You’ve achieved success but feel disconnected from purpose and joy
✓ You’re nearing burnout and want a more sustainable way forward
✓ You’re navigating a big life transition and seeking clarity
✓ You want to extend the integration window after a high-dose psychedelic experience
Whether you’re a high-achiever, creative, leader, or simply seeking deeper alignment, this journey will help you reconnect with clarity, self-trust, and fulfillment in both life and work.
I deeply understand these challenges because I’ve lived them myself. My own transformation involved breaking free from perfectionism, fear-based decision-making, and mental loops—reconnecting with my authentic self and learning how to trust my intuition in both business and life.

FAQ’s

Not at all. This experience is designed for both beginners and those who are curious but haven’t yet explored this path. We’ll start with foundational education, safety, and intention setting—so you feel confident and supported every step of the way. Whether you're completely new or deepening your work, you’ll be met exactly where you are.
-
Yes. Microdosing involves sub-perceptual amounts of medicine, meaning you’ll be able to carry on with your normal day—including work, driving, exercise, and family responsibilities. Most people report feeling more grounded, with enhanced clarity, presence, and cognition while dosing. We’ll also fully cover what to expect during your prep weeks so you feel safe and in the driver’s seat throughout the experience.
-
This is one of the most important questions to consider. While microdosing is generally gentle, certain medications can interact with psychedelics in different ways—so it’s essential to consult with a trusted medical provider. If you’re joining the 1:1 or Group Program, we’ll include a screening process and assess your personal situation to ensure safety and support. Regardless of which path you choose, please speak with a doctor before making a full commitment.
-
Every individual’s mental health history is unique, and it's essential to approach this work thoughtfully. Microdosing can be supportive for many people; however, it should be avoided for those with certain diagnoses—such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe depression, or a history of psychosis. If you're joining the 1:1 or Group program and have concerns, please share them during the application or screening process. I also recommend consulting with a trusted mental health professional before beginning. Your safety and sovereignty are always the priority.
-
You're not doing this alone. In the 1:1 Journey, you'll have access to ongoing support between sessions for reflections, questions, and real-time integration. In the Group Experience, you’ll have the option to join a private community chat for additional connection, inspiration, and accountability. In the Self-Guided Journey, you’ll receive weekly prompts, practices, and resources designed to keep you supported—even without live interaction. Optional 1:1 support is available for the Group and Self-Guided paths.
-
Microdosing periods within these programs span 6–8 active weeks, following a consistent, intentional protocol. Many people find that after completing the dosing phase, they’ve cultivated enough awareness and self-trust to continue microdosing on their own—or take a natural pause. The goal isn’t to become reliant on the medicine, but to build a relationship with it that’s anchored in reverence and reciprocity. You’ll receive tools and support to create sustainable shifts that extend far beyond the dosing window.
-
On average, setting aside at least 2 hours per week is recommended to support your journey. This includes attending sessions (live or self-guided) and completing weekly reflections or exercises. Integration practices vary by person—there is no one-size-fits-all. You’re encouraged to move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your lifestyle, and your personal integration process.
-
Absolutely. Microdosing on its own can offer meaningful shifts, but when paired with guidance, structure, and integration, it becomes a skill to master—and a deeper catalyst for transformation. If you’ve microdosed without a clear container or support, this experience can help you access new layers of clarity, embodiment, and sustainable change.
-
That’s a personal decision, and while I’m not a mental health provider, I often collaborate with therapists and believe that transparency can be incredibly supportive. If you feel safe and supported by your provider, it may be helpful to involve them or share your plans. If you prefer to keep this part of your healing private, that is fully respected. If you're looking to taper off any medications while working together, I strongly advise sharing that with your prescribing physician or a trusted psychopharmacologist. The most important thing is that you feel empowered and safe in whatever ecosystem of support you choose.
