Breathwork?
Breathwork is an ancient practice backed by modern science. At its core, it's a method of conscious breathing in specific patterns to activate change within the body and mind. Different combinations of inhale, exhale, and breath holds affect the central nervous system, leading to physical, mental, and emotional transformation.
Rooted in yogic pranayama, martial arts, Taoist and Buddhist traditions, and modern somatic therapies, breathwork has become a bridge between body, mind, and expanded states of awareness. It empowers us to release stress, shift stuck energy, and reconnect with ourselves.
